1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data that is necessary to provide our services, including your email address for account authentication, usage data such as job history and processing logs, and payment confirmation data processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and operate our services, manage your account and credit balance, process your requests via Google Cloud Vertex AI, send transactional communications related to your account, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligation (compliance with applicable law).

4. Third-Party Processors

We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage. We use Google Vertex AI for AI processing. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate billing audit purposes.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States via Google Cloud infrastructure. Such transfers are governed by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses in compliance with GDPR.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. 8. Cookies

Our products use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to maintain login sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
